Sebastian Andersen is a senior voice in the strategy, M&A, and transformation space with over a decade of experience guiding leading life sciences and healthcare companies across the full corporate lifecycle.

 

His work spans biopharma, medtech, advanced therapies, tools and services, healthcare delivery, and specialty chemicals, where he has partnered with corporate and private equity clients to deliver landmark transactions and strategic growth initiatives in Europe and the Americas.

He has advised on investor readiness programs, portfolio strategy, divestitures, integrations, and commercialization models. Known for his pragmatic, hands-on approach, Sebastian is a frequent voice on bridging science and capital, building organizations post-deal, and unlocking hidden value through operational and strategic transformation.
