About ClarityNorth Partners

ClarityNorth Partners is a boutique life sciences and healthcare advisory firm operating at the intersection of science, capital, and execution. We support companies from early-stage development through capital raises, partnerships, M&A, and scaling, with an active presence across the US, Europe, and LATAM.

We are intentionally building a visible, global advisory team aligned with our growth and client pipeline.

The Opportunity

This is a contractor-based advisory role designed for experienced professionals who want direct exposure to client work, market visibility, and the opportunity to grow alongside a platform. We are looking for talents across the U.S. New England and Atlantic Coast region, Northern and Western Europe, and LATAM (particularly Brazil and Colombia).

Selected advisors will:

  • Be presented as part of the ClarityNorth Partners team on our website (name, photo, title, region)

  • Be introduced to relevant client opportunities as they come into the firm

  • Work directly with founders, executives, investors, and transaction teams

  • Operate with autonomy while aligning to CNP’s positioning and quality bar

 

This is not a passive role. It suits individuals who are comfortable being client-facing, value visibility, and understand that building something meaningful takes initiative.

Who This Is For

You are likely a good fit if you:

  • Have experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharma, medtech, biotech, or adjacent sectors

  • Have worked in strategy, M&A, transactions, operations, or scaling roles

  • Are comfortable representing a firm publicly and engaging with senior stakeholders

  • Want a direct line to real client work, not internal-only tasks

  • See value in building your profile alongside a growing advisory platform

Important to Know (Please Read Carefully)

  • This is a contractor role, not employment

  • Compensation is project-based and linked to client engagements (project-based compensation plus upside)

  • Visibility on the CNP branding and marketing channels is part of the role and intended to support business development

  • We are looking for longer-term alignment, not one-off task execution
